The “Enrich Candidate” step can now be used in candidate-type submission-based automations. This enhancement enables AI-driven enrichment directly within submission workflows to generate contextual insights such as match scores, skills gap analysis, and personalized job pitches. Results can be saved to candidate fields or added as notes referencing the associated job.

Why does it matter?

This update enhances your submission workflows by allowing AI prompts to reference both the candidate and the job they’ve been submitted for. Enrichment prompts can now produce more relevant, job-specific outputs such as candidate-to-job comparisons and personalized outreach messages, improving the accuracy and effectiveness of your automated communications.

How do I enable this?

The “Enrich Candidate” step is available for candidate-type submission automations (not contact-type) for customers using Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition.
